- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Me and friend went there but the experience we had was horrible for the second time in a row. I was forced to write this. The way staff spoke to me and the other people are horrible. They could have given me my passport but they decided to get me to come back again in few days time. In total I have spent £90 on train ticket and i felt completely ripped off by these rude staff that are employed there. I believe the reason why they do the things they do is because they know most people have nowhere else to go so they feel like they are the king of the jungle. We and behalf of many other people, we would really appreciate if somebody could either employ new friendly/well mannered staff or teach them some manner like you would do to a kid.
