- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Our Silentnight model TT-EE 3-position electric blanket developed a fault in the switch on the removable power cord. I expected to buy a replacement power cord from the manufacturer, Comfy Quilts, but was advised they do not supply replacements - only replacement complete blankets, so long as the product is covered by a warranty. When I asked where do I send my faulty blanket for replacement, I have received no reply. I have now bought a new blanket from a different supplier. I would never buy a Silentnight product again. Having no spare parts for a standard domestic appliance is very unsatisfactory after sales service.By Admin, December 22, 2017
