- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Appalling service. They took longer than they originally said to unlock my ohone and told me to come in on two separate occasions promising it would be ready but when I went to collect it it wasnt! When I eventually got it back, there was a scratch on the screen - it was brand new when I took it in. They would not accept any responsibility for this and refused to refund me any of the £25 that I had paid and would not even apologise. DO NOT USE EUROPHONE! Slow service, terrible care taken and no customer service skills whatsoever.By Admin, March 20, 2017
