  Disgusting Service - I went in to get a piece of Board for my later fathers Grave - to place his name plate onto. The staff member who served me (and he saw the name plaque for measurement purposes too - he also removed a nice chap from serving me already - to "take over" serving me from him) was abhorrent in the circumstances. He should be sacked and removed from his post for personal hatred - he "served me twice" this morning - when after the first time I realised he was not too happy - that was when I moved over to the yard to get assistance from another staff - whilst this chap was suddenly busy inside - unable to serve me - but in nay case - I would have been told to go and see the chap outside. He came from inside and removed the nice guy who was half way through serving me and began being nasty. I left very saddened and emotional about this matter as it was concerning my fathers grave plaque that I had ordered on line and had received a few days ago! I am still feeling very bad about this experience from the 58 year old Afro-Carribean chap - who has worked here for some time - I think Its now time fro me to write to Mr Cavanagh - the Director himself and see what steps he isgoing to take to remove this chap from his duties - I want him removed Forthwith!!! He knew full well what he was doing and there was no need for him to take over from the sale when I was already being served - as he had already turned me down inside at the counter !!! I am sure this chap has family members who have passed away and surely must know what he had just deliberately carried out. As I left the yard - by the time I got into my car - he was - yes - leaving just to go back into the Counter area - returning from the Yard - surely then - he only came out to upset me and nothing else !!! I think that If satisfactory action is not taken by Mr J Cavanagh - then I will have to approach Trading Standards or some Consumer Organisation and then possibly an Employment law firm - If Mr Cavanagh has not already done so by this time !!! I am 4 hours later - still upset about this incident - and it was NOT Misread by me - that is what actually happened!
