  Obtained a possession order for my client in 14 days under s8 , due to there being nearly 6 months of rent arrears. Despite asking for a money judgement for the arrears and appearing to have had it granted at the hearing , the order eventually arrived minus the money judgement . Calls to the court were of no help at all as staff are not trained to problem solve or even ask basic questions , suggesting we email the courts to resolve the problem . Emailed the courts and received an automated response to say we would have to wait 10 days for a proper reply ... three weeks later and no response , and the same predictable lack of help from the court staff.. feels very kafqesque , meanwhile arrears are continuing to rack up . Staff wont give out the email address of the court manager !.. feels like horrendous incompetence !!!
